Shipping and payments

For purchases over 165 EUR (only for Czech Republic), you get free shipping.

For purchases over CZK 4,000 (only in the Czech Republic), you get free shipping.

Delivery options

Delivery is carried out exclusively using the GLS, WEDO or Zásilkovna delivery service. It is either possible to enter the destination address to which the parcel will be delivered, or use the option of delivery to the so-called Parcel Shop or the delivery point of the Zasilkovna, where you can then pick up the parcel yourself.

Orders placed before 12pm are usually (not guaranteed) dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders sent after 12 noon are usually dispatched the next working day and delivered within two working days of the order. We always ship complete orders. If the order includes goods that are not in stock, the order is shipped after all items in the order are in stock.

The price for delivery using Zasilkovna in the Czech Republic is 4.6 EUR incl. VAT.

The price for delivery by WEDO to the Czech Republic is 4 EUR incl. VAT.

Delivery to a GLS delivery point costs 2,5 EUS incl. VAT.

Zasilkovna's delivery time outside the Czech Republic is usually 2-3 working days from the order.During the order process, you will be informed of the exact price for delivery to the selected country. Zasilkovna prices for shipping to selected countries:

The shipping company uses the services of local carriers in individual countries. The prices of individual carriers may vary.The exact delivery time and price will be communicated to you during the ordering process.

Payment options

Payment can be made in the following ways (the price for the given payment method is shown in brackets):

by online card (EUR 0),
by bank transfer (EUR 0),
cash on delivery (EUR 0.8-1) - only the Czech Republic and SK,
by card/cash when collecting in person (EUR 0)
When paying by bank transfer, we only send the goods after the entire amount for the given order has been credited to our account. Remember to always include the order number as a variable symbol.

According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, then within 48 hours at the latest.
